Q:    Is there anything I need to do when you come for the bid?

A:   Yes, here are a  few things that we would find very helpful:

  1. 1.Have your property in the same condition that you would if we were coming to clean.

  2. 2.Have a list of items that are very fragile and point them out to us as we do the walk through.

  3. 3.Have an idea of your expectations and your major areas of concern.

Q:     What if I need to reschedule?

A:    Email us… We will do our best to accommodate your needs based on availability.

Q:     Who will be doing the cleaning?

A:   Clean and Beyond trained professionals usually work in teams of one or two, however at times we may be training so there would be additional cleaners in you home.  We recognize that effective cleaning is best accomplished by those who are familiar with your home and your personal preferences and requests. As such, we make every effort to provide you with the same cleaning team for each visit however at times this may not be possible.  If you have specific preferences please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences.  We encourage relationship building and want you to feel comfortable with those cleaning your home.  Please see our Team Member bios to see who will be in your home.

Q:    What if I need to cancel my scheduled cleaning?

A:     Contact us at least 1 full business day in advance. For example, if your cleaning is on a Monday you will need to let us know by Friday at 8:00 am at the latest.  If we have less then 1 full business days notice there will be a change fee of $50.

We will reschedule based on availability. If you skip or cancel your cleaning the cleaning followed by the canceled cleaning is subject to a higher rate.  For example, you have weekly service and skip or cancel a cleaning the cleaning following the skipped or canceled cleaning will have been two weeks from  the last time your home was cleaned by CLEAN AND BEYOND and that cleaning will be charged at a bi-weekly rate.

Q:    Do you use all of your own products or use mine?

A:    We use all of our own products and equipment.  We use environmentally friendly products which means different things to different people however for us it means our chemicals are biodegradable and non toxic.  See what we are doing to make environmentally responsible choices.

Q:    Would you use our vacuum instead of yours?

A:    No, however we can replace the vacuum bag prior to our arrival.   The cleaners are trained and are most efficient when cleaning with the vacuums they are trained on.

Q:    How does payment work?

A:    We except cash, checks, Visa or Mastercard  Checks should be made out to CLEAN AND BEYOND, LLC.   Any returned checks are subject to a $35 return check fee.  All payments are due at time of service.  We are unable to accept payment by bill pay.  If this is your system of choice please send the check to yourself and leave it for the cleaners on the day of the cleaning.

Q:    What if I forget that you are coming to clean and don’t leave a check?

A:   These things happen… Call our office to pay over the phone via credit card.  If it becomes a habit we will ask you to keep your credit card on file with us so we can run your card after each cleaning.

Q:    Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

A:    Yes.  Please see our proof of insurance, license, bonding and workers compensation.

Q:    What if my current day is Wednesday but I prefer Friday?

A:    If we have availability, we will move you to Fridays.  If not we can put you on our waiting list and when a Friday does open we will put you in it.

Q:    What if I want my refrigerator wiped out or cleaned out?

A:    Send us an email and we will send you confirmation that it is scheduled.  Please view a list of the additional services we offer and the fees associated.

Q:    Do you do dishes?

A:  YES… 5 or less dishes are included into our regular cleaning services.   If the dishwasher is dirty, we will load them.   If you would like us to start and run a washing cycle CLEAN AND BEYOND can not be responsible for any damages due to machine, human operation or malfunction to property or items being washed.  Please view a list of the additional services we offer and the fees associated.

Q:    Do you do laundry?

A:    YES… We can add laundry service onto your cleaning fee.  This includes starting and running a load of sheet or towels, transfer to the dryer, and fold any clothes in the dryer.  Again, CLEAN AND BEYOND can not be responsible for any damages due to machine, human operation or malfunction to property or items being washed.  Please view a list of the additional services we offer and the fees associated.

Q:    What if I notice that there is an area that isn’t getting the attention it needs?

A:    Please email, call, or text us.  We believe that clear communication is a critical and invaluable element of effective cleaning.  We also want you to feel comfortable giving us feedback… this is the best way for us to learn and grow as cleaning professionals.  If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy or not satisfied with our services provided, let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will come back and re-clean to your complete satisfaction.  We have grown our business based on referrals and plan to continue to do so… we want our clients to not only be 100% satisfied with the service we provide and recommend us to others.

Q:    Is it better that I am home or away when my place is being cleaned?

A:    This is a personal preference.  We want our clients to be as comfortable as possible.  At CLEAN AND BEYOND we train our cleaners to follow a step by step cleaning routine.  This system produces the best results when the cleaners are able to get into the routine and flow easily from one room to the next.  We ask that clients respect our routine and if you are home while the cleaners are cleaning please work around the cleaners, rather than the cleaners working around you.

Q:    What time will you be cleaning my unit?

A:     We can let you know what clean you are scheduled for the day.  For example, 1st clean of the day, 2nd clean of the day an so on.   Because of our varying schedule we are unable to give specific times. We can call 30 minutes prior to the cleaners arrival so you can anticipate when they will be at your home to start the cleaning.   The majority of our cleanings are scheduled between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Q:    Do you do Move Out cleanings?

A:     Yes, please see the Services Page to view all services that we offer.  If you would like something done that is not on our service list, call us and we will see if we can help you.

Q:   We really want to use your services but we were hoping for a lower rate.  Are you willing to negotiate?

A:    If you have concerns about the quote pricing please bring them to my attention.  As a general rule we are not willing to lower our rates for the same service.  However, we are happy to work with you to create a service that will suite your needs by adjusting the checklist of services performed in your home.

Q:    Are there days that you do not work?  What are your hours?

A:    Yes.  At CLEAN AND BEYOND we observe New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.  If your scheduled cleaning falls on one of these days we will reschedule you to the day prior or the day after schedule permitting.  Our hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Q:    Is there anything you do not clean?

A:    Yes.  We may not clean toothbrush holder, wax, hairspray, bodily fluids (animal or human), knives  or anything else that we feel may be a hazard to the cleaners or cause damage to your property.
